Meet Brett Beaver

Brett is thrilled to have joined the William Close Group. A native of Michigan, Brett has lived in various homes throughout his life including ranch style homes, a condominium, a townhouse, a lake house and a Tolls Brother new construction home. 

Brett left Michigan 4 years ago to join the United States Army in Arlington, VA. Since then, he made the DMV area his home. While he was afforded housing on the post, Brett took the opportunity to experience apartment living prior to settling his roots in Maryland. That is where he and his wife purchased their first home, a tri-level. 

Having a deaf father, Brett is fluent in American Sign Language. His love for others, for giving back, and this crazy world of real estate made Brett realize that this is exactly where he wants to be. A second generation Realtor, he cannot wait to make your dreams your reality
