Karl Philippe (or KP) is a REALTOR® with the William Close Group at Keller Williams Realty – Metro Center. He is licensed in Maryland & DC.

KP has deep roots in Montgomery County, Maryland being a resident for over 36 years which makes him a true DMV expert. Along with four other siblings, he was raised and still lives in Bethesda, Maryland. His multicultural influences and upbringing, with parents from Argentina and education from a French International School, give him a unique perspective and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Real estate runs in the family with his father being a commercial REALTOR® for over 25 years, and one of his sisters working at a local title company for over 20 years. KP brings over a decade of experience working in the processing and underwriting departments of a local mortgage lender, which gives him a very thorough understanding of all the home loan process details.

With a fluency in Spanish, French, and English, his expertise from the mortgage industry, and true local knowledge of the DMV area, Karl Philippe is well-equipped to provide you with dedicated top-notch real estate customer service from start to finish whether you are a renter, first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor.
