Tam Nguyen

Tam Nguyen is a REALTOR® with the William Close Group at KW Metro Center in Arlington, VA. He is recognized as a Top Producer and has consistently been a Platinum Club awardee by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. He is licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia and is certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP®).

Having lived in all 3 jurisdictions of the Greater Washington Metropolitan over the last 40 years, Tam is very familiar with the local communities and schools. His in-depth knowledge of the market ensures that you will make well-informed decisions when purchasing or selling one of the biggest investments of your life. Prior to becoming a realtor, he worked simultaneously as a civil servant in the Department of Commerce and a settlement agent at a title company where he handled over 400 transactions. The experiences from both places taught Tam how to effectively listen and negotiate to serve the best interest of his clients. He truly enjoys helping other agents, clients and customers navigate the business and the process of buying and selling residential and commercial real estate in his hometown.

He currently resides in Fairfax County with his wife, three kids and their blue-eye rescue pooch. When he’s not helping his clients and customers, he likes to hike, travel, volunteer to coach youth sports and spend time with his friends and family.
